Founded in 2012, Integritas is an independent and employee-owned investment management company based in San Francisco, California.
We seek to invest in high quality businesses with great management teams and sustainable competitive advantage which are trading at a discount to our estimate of intrinsic value and to hold those investments for long periods of time. We believe the market is overly short sighted, which we are able to take advantage of by keeping our focus on the long-term strength of the companies we invest in.
Integritas has a culture of intense curiosity. We love to ask “why?” and embrace the concept of continuous learning. Whether reading an earnings report, an article or a book, we are always adding to our knowledge. Using the mosaic theory, we piece together separate bits of information and research into a unified investment thesis for every company in our portfolio.

Portfolio Manager
Russell Caprio is the founder and President of Integritas Capital Management, and the portfolio manager of its managed fund. Prior to founding Integritas Capital Management, Mr. Caprio was a Private Equity Analyst at Union Bank. Previously at Parnassus Investments, he worked on publicly traded companies and absorbed the firm’s culture of independent thinking and the insatiable quest for knowledge. He also gained useful experience at Ameriprise Financial, first as a financial analyst and later as a compliance supervisor. Mr. Caprio received his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of New York at Albany and his MBA, graduating magna cum laude from Babson College. Mr. Caprio is also a CFA charter holder. He currently resides in San Francisco where he indulges in his love of reading, visiting local wineries, and running the occasional half marathon.
